Responsibility

- provide support to technical staff during the transition period
- undertake effective ICT Service Management, working collaboratively across different sites throughout England, integrating centralised priorities throughout
- continuous Improvement - Establish effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to foster Continuous Service Improvement
- supplier Management & Assurance - Conduct robust and sustainable supplier performance management
- information Management - Draft reports summarising status on issues, appraise outcomes, and provide progress reports for senior management
Requirements
- demonstrable experience operating as a Service Delivery Manager / Service Manager / Service Management Practitioner
- demonstrable experience operating as a Service Transition & Delivery Manager or Transition Lead in a large corporate environment
- demonstrable experience operating as a Service Delivery Manager or Senior Service Desk Analyst
- extensive experience of improving processes & procedures
- able to understand and oversee Service Transition of new projects into the live environment
- experience of Agile and Lean practices
- highly skilled at creating transition plans with scenario-based planning and costing models
- ability to quickly build rapport and trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
