Responsibility
- metrics: Supervise and Monitor site operating metrics. When applicable create actions to achieve the Facility’s goals and objectives
- operations: Support the continued growth of the Facility by developing operational capability and capacity through leveraging technologies and people
- culture: Create and consistently reinforce a customer-centered culture for the Facility
- technical Knowledge: Develop and continually expand technical knowledge of processes, and when necessary, problem solve for continuous improvement
- safety: Promote a sense of self-responsibility for safety among team-members. Assure the safety of colleagues and safe use of the equipment. Support the safety processes and programs of the manufacturing Facility
