  • valid ECS Grade Card
  • 18th Edition
  • city and Guilds 2391 or 2395
  • 2391 test & inspection
  • city and Guilds 2382-18 18th Edition
  • electrical
  • demonstrate experience working in a similar FM environment
  • approved Electrician NVQ Level 3

Responsibility

  • maintenance work
  • to have knowledge of inspection and testing procedures and certify works upon completion in accordance with relevant certification
  • replacing parts such as sockets, switches etc
  • to undertake reactive and planned service works, ensuring client expectations are met
  • need knowledge on fire alarm systems, mag locks, cctv and RJ45 connections
  • offices based in Cardiff, sites span the M4 corridor
  • need the ability to fault find and test circuits from 12v to 3 phase
  • basic DBS will be undertaken
