Responsibility
- responsibility for dealing with daily incoming inquiries for product, technical and estimating support to relevant sales managers and regions
- production of CAD details, plans/elevations, U-Values, specifications , and management of the technical and pricing package for the project
- A building system Design Manager to facilitate the design stage through to the construction process. To support the façade sales team and approved contractor network. High levels of customer focus within a fast paced and competitive marketplace
- ranging from specification and estimating advice to complex and involved project construction detailing and correspondence at design stage; through to eventual support at tender stage
- client facing duties including attending project design meetings, pre-start site meetings with main contractors, architects and sub-contractors, etc as and when necessary
- attend design meetings on a regular basis for major projects and as and when requested by Sales Manager
- issue project drawings, specifications, calculations, etc to customers via communications with Sales Manager
