training responsibilities
lead initiatives focused on customer excellence and continuous improvement by optimising systems, people, and processes to deliver efficient and cost-effective service
book training and appointments as per company policies
manage the day-to-day operations of the customer services team, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
manage the day-to-day operations of the customer services team, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
delivery of quality training internally and externally
Requirements
bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
training and/or Education Qualification Diploma level or above
experience of managing telephone and web-based training operations
minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably with experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions
understanding of EU operational requirements and regulations
educated to GCSE standard /NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Business and Administration
must be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment and be capable of self-motivation
