Responsibility

  • take overall responsibility for achieving exceptional service levels and ensuring customer satisfaction across our Customer Services UK & EU operations

  • training responsibilities
  • lead initiatives focused on customer excellence and continuous improvement by optimising systems, people, and processes to deliver efficient and cost-effective service
  • book training and appointments as per company policies
  • manage the day-to-day operations of the customer services team, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • manage the day-to-day operations of the customer services team, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • delivery of quality training internally and externally

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • training and/or Education Qualification Diploma level or above
  • experience of managing telephone and web-based training operations
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably with experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions
  • understanding of EU operational requirements and regulations
  • educated to GCSE standard /NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Business and Administration
  • must be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment and be capable of self-motivation
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
