Responsibility
- take overall responsibility for achieving exceptional service levels and ensuring customer satisfaction across our Customer Services UK & EU operations

- training responsibilities
- lead initiatives focused on customer excellence and continuous improvement by optimising systems, people, and processes to deliver efficient and cost-effective service
- book training and appointments as per company policies
- manage the day-to-day operations of the customer services team, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- manage the day-to-day operations of the customer services team, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently
- delivery of quality training internally and externally
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- training and/or Education Qualification Diploma level or above
- experience of managing telephone and web-based training operations
- minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably with experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions
- understanding of EU operational requirements and regulations
- educated to GCSE standard /NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Business and Administration
- must be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment and be capable of self-motivation
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
