  • good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • previous experience in a sales administrator role with direct contact with customers
  • good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload on a daily basis
  • good time management
  • have respect for confidential information
  • high level of initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • sales administration: 2 years

Responsibility

  • receiving and handing enquiries, quotations and sales orders
  • placing purchase orders and checking progress for delivery
  • working with our warehouse staff to coordinate the despatch requirements for both national and international customers
  • communication with customers via telephone and email, answering questions regarding deliveries, pricing and general sales related enquiries
  • filing and general administrative tasks to assist the smooth running of the department
