Responsibility
- offer landlords a new lettings solution, enabling them to market and let their properties online
- build and grow the company’s market share within Birmingham and the surrounding areas
- manage property uploads through the website
- advise and guide landlords through the upload and lettings process
- team development and management, ensuring best-practice are maintained by the team and acting as a guide to advise them on how to be the best in the business
- drive business, responsible for setting and managing targets, ensuring they are met, and ensuring upsell opportunities are identified with both landlords and tenants
- manage the team’s workload, ensuring all enquiries are answered in a professional manner, consistent with the company’s high customer-service levels, website, and property management process
- advising and guiding landlords through the upload process and lettings process
Requirements
- previous experience as a Sales / Lettings Manager
- team management experience, able to demonstrate previous leadership skills
- ARLA qualified or has the desire to be
- excellent communicator with the desire to achieve results
- has a good understanding of the law and legal issues relating to lettings
- must be able to demonstrate previous leadership skills
- computer literate, with accuracy and high attention to detail
- A great telephone manner with the ability to quickly build a picture of customers circumstances and needs
