Responsibility
the Post holder will line manage Administrative and Operational staff within the Academy
the Post holder will be required to undertake a variety of administrative tasks, including minuting meetings, for the Senior Leadership Team
the Post holder will be required to provide line management to the Administrative Support / Front of House Team, and Catering
manage and maintain whole school management information systems to ensure that a comprehensive and cohesive support service is provided to the Trust of schools
c) Ensure that data changes are updated accurately, timely and removed when no longer required
work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that all calendared trips are planned and undertaken and comply with the trips and visits policy and are in line with the Academy Improvement Plan
13. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Executive Principal / Principal, and any other tasks as required by the Trust within the Trust’s group of schools
12. Undertake operations management projects required by the Academy as necessary and in agreement with the Principal
Requirements
A flexible approach to work
evidence of Further Education such as A Levels or equivalent; accredited learning relevant to the post
advanced PC skills, especially using packages for analysis e.g. Excel spreadsheets and databases
knowledge of statutory data reporting requirements such as school census
analytical skills and self motivation
A sense of responsibility
full Driver’s Licence
relevant qualification in ICT / Business Administration
