Responsibility
- acting as a role model within the team, motivating staff and setting an appropriate example
- attend meetings relevant to post as required to be actively involved in the strategic and operational development of the service
- to support with the development of work rotas for the service
- to be the go to person for staff with any queries
- involvement to develop, implement and evaluate service changes
- to be actively engaged and support Health and Safety procedures and processes in partnership with Nurse Leads
- ensure new staff are supported and receive induction, supervision, training and support
- to assist in the co-ordination and facilitation of the achievement of service objectives
