Responsibility
- routine servicing and electrical and mechanical repairs of diesel generators up to 2MVA
- fault finding on diesel engines and control systems and associated switchgear
- installation of new standby generators for large homes and businesses
- providing upgrades and improvements to existing equipment and systems such as retrofit controllers or remote monitoring
- follow customer specific guidelines when meeting any clients
Requirements
- must be commutable to Southampton
- competent and skilled engineer with minimum of 5 years electrical experience with diesel combustion engines, power systems and control systems

- must be commutable to Southampton. Vehicle will be provided with door to door pay which includes travel
- strong customer service and communication skills. The role requires good relationship building with our existing and new customers

- experience in a similar field with transferrable skills such as a marine electrician or industrial machinery electrician will be considered for this role also
