Responsibility
- working along side the Registered Manager to help ensure that the home meets high standards and remains an amazing family environment
- safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, making sure child care is of the highest quality
- supervision of the team, developing, leading and inspiring the team and practice
- you will manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
- be part of a on call rota
Requirements
- you will receive excellent support, training and opportunity to develop and be part of a unique residential family
- you will receive excellent support, training and opportunity to develop
- strong staff management and leadership skills
- at least one year childrens social care experience
- an ability to communicate effectively on all levels
- strong familiarity in working towards Ofsted standards and outcomes
- A Level 3/ 4 diploma in children and young people
- A full Driving License
