- we are looking for Dynamic Individuals to join our Residential Teams across Worcestershire
- solace For Children have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team of staff as a Senior Residential Support worker in one of our existing children's homes
- as a Senior, you will have responsibility to lead and inspire a team of Residential Support workers in the day-day running of the home, working closely with your Homes manager
- you will have responsibility to ensure that the needs of the children are met in the best possible way by working directly on shift with your team
