Responsibility
- the role will be split between working on client sites and working from home
- home Based/Client Site - occasional meetings in company Head Office
- when on a client site, you will be responsible for resolving the issues assigned from the helpdesk
- provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- assist with the deployment of new software and hardware
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- must have at least 3yrs experience in a similar role
- proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- O365 administration experience is essential
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- understanding of networks
- strong communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
