Requirements

  • more than six years of previous experience in a similar position, with a degree in marketing or a similar field
  • previous experience working in a membership, association, subscription or loyalty-based company
  • experienced in creating membership lifecycle journeys, retention and upselling campaigns
  • demonstrable experience in membership marketing campaign planning and strategy including excellent project management skills and end-to-end campaign planning within budget
  • strong experience of using Google Analytics and reporting to measure campaign results and action optimization
  • strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape including optimizing content for SEO, Adwords, Automation and Remarketing
  • line management experience and the ability to develop and coach a team

Responsibility

  • working with regional marketing staff, ensure local membership marketing efforts are consistent across all offices and adhering to SPE’s brand standards
  • the Society of Petroleum Engineers is seeking an experienced global senior membership marketing manager to strategically lead, develop and implement the marketing strategy to enhance the acquisition, retention, and engagement of SPE members
  • perform other duties as required
