Responsibility
- web Designer / Developer wanted to join the Soapbox Digital Media Team
- soapbox Digital Media are a Glasgow-based web design and online marketing company with a wide-ranging client base
- this is an exciting opportunity to join the Soapbox Digital Media team as a web designer
- you will be working alongside other designers, marketers and content writers to build websites for online marketing
- we expect you to have an excellent working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery and all things online
- A creative streak is not just an advantage, it is essential
- we would also love you to have a marketing eye as well
- £28,000 - £35,000 per annum salary depending on experience. We are looking for an additional full-time Web Designer / Developer to join our small team in the Glasgow office
Requirements
- at least 3 years of commercial web design/development experience
- experience with WordPress
- experience in developing backend functionality
- experience in website speed optimisation
- experience in managing hosting and server deployment
- mastery of HTML5 & CSS3
- HTML & CSS: 3 years
- good working knowledge of Javascript and jQuery
