Responsibility
- clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and well-maintained, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas
- follow established procedures for handling and disposing of trash and dirty linens
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- provide exceptional customer service to guests by addressing their needs and ensuring a comfortable stay
Requirements
- previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not essential
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in a hospitality setting
- ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail
- strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- hospitality: Understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service in a hotel environment
