Requirements
- proven experience in café or restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a similar role
- relevant qualifications
- excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating a welcoming and memorable experience
- availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of a 7-day week operation
- experience in preparing and cooking food is essential
