Responsibility

  • snakes and Ladders Adventure Centres Ltd was founded in 1995
  • you’ll have a hands on approach and be able to manage a variety of tasks, while remaining calm under pressure
  • you’ll also be able to contribute ideas for our ever evolving offering to keep our customers challenged and engaged
  • back then, the concept of indoor play was a fairly new one and the local community embraced the idea of a safe, secure, fun environment where children could play
  • today, Snakes and Ladders continue to lead the way in indoor play and now have three busy centres located in Brentford, Abingdon and Dunstable
  • full time hours will be worked across a 4 day week
  • we now have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our team at our well established centre in Brentford, located within the stunning 200-acre Syon Park Estate
  • you'll motivate and lead the team to deliver a fun filled experience for every customer. You will need to be a natural leader with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, great people management and customer service skills
