Responsibility

  • prepare test equipment for test & storage of test equipment
  • prepare test equipment and documents for shipment to other John Crane sites
  • strip and inspection of Test equipment post-test
  • at John Crane Slough we are currently looking for a Gas Seals Test Equipment Technician for our night shift team
  • in this role, you will be responsible for preparing the Gas Seal test equipment for the team, in accordance with the required company quality/productivity standards whilst ensuring company Health and Safety procedures are complied with
  • complete weekly 5S audits and actions & participate in CI activities within the area
  • train other technicians when required
  • participate in daily SPQCD meetings
