- you'll design and implement cutting-edge tools, processes and methodologies and evolve our service contract offerings

- understand the company’s contractual obligations and work with the project teams and support functions to assure their understanding and compliance
- ensure service contract requirements are flowed down and actioned within the business and subcontractors
- you’ll mentor and support regional commercial teams, provide them comprehensive cross-functional training, and deliver insightful business planning
- draft and issue requests for proposal and contracts with sub-contractors
