  • have knowledge and understanding of children's development
  • have a great work ethic, be able to work up to 10.5 hours a day
  • have the ability to complete out of hours training
  • nursery: 1 year
  • childcare: 2 years

Responsibility

  • health and safety of the room, including completing risk assessments
  • tracking children's development
  • supporting apprentices
  • to become a DSL
  • offer support and guidance to the team
  • create a world of play for the children
  • use your initiate and creative side to enhance provision for the children
