Responsibility
- join Procurement meetings and take notes and actions
- updating the procurement dashboards and numbers
- manage the saved search checks like ‘disc once OOS’, ‘inactive items in an assembly’, ‘Rokwear to UK swap’
- oversee csv imports for product changes ie update of pricing files or description update etc
- manage the barcoding of the items in the system including adding those not currently populated, and updating those with changes needed
- oversee product management for all SKU’s in the business. This includes the product setup, discontinue, swap out, and stock transfers and any liaison with Marketing department on the ‘marketing asset update’ side
- work closely with marketing to successfully launch all new Rokwear products
- be part of the ‘Catalogue Committee’ and determine what products we show in our catalogues and also online
