Responsibility
- manage a team of lettings staff and provide guidance and support on letting activities, policies and procedures
- drive business growth by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and initiatives to attract new landlords and tenants
- conduct market research to identify current market trends and competition
- ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including deposit protection, HMO regulations, and safety requirements
- develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- oversee the rental collection process and ensure all payments are made on time
- ensure timely and accurate preparation of tenancy agreements, inventory checks and other relevant paperwork
- monitor the department's performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements
