Responsibility
- installing first-fix wiring, mounting hardware, brackets, and other components
- reading, comprehending, and interpreting audio-visual system schematics and construction drawings
- participating in construction site coordination meetings and collaborating with other trades
- cable Installation, termination and labelling
- create awe-inspiring audio-visual and smart home installations that delight our clients
- program and configure cutting-edge systems like Control4 and Lutron
- conduct on-site assessments for spot-on system design and installation
- physically setting up equipment such as projectors, TV's, speakers, projector screens and equipment racks, as well as conducting functional checks as part of commissioning
Requirements
- adept at conversing with both builders and MD's since our clientele is diverse
- A sunny disposition and zest for life, are essential for blending in with our team
- solid technical experience in audio-visual and smart home systems
- top-notch communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and teammates
- A knack for problem-solving and troubleshooting technical hiccups
- at least 1-3 years experience in audio-visual and smart home installations and ideally have hands-on knowledge of Control4 and Lutron systems but we'll let that one slip if you tick the rest of the boxes
- ability to plan ahead, organise efficiently and work tidily
