  • diagnose and troubleshoot software faults
  • perform hands-on device repairs, including hardware replacement and component repair
  • collaborate with the device repair team to develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of industry best practices
  • provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the repair process

Requirements
