We are nurse led, with a multi-skilled approach and we have super smart technology to support everything we do.We were established in 2015 and have grown considerably since. Growth has always been organic, with no established sales function. However the level of new business enquiries we receive has outgrown our ability to manage them, so we’re looking for someone to support with the organisation and follow up of prospective sales prospects.We also have office dogs from time to time, so the successful candidate must be comfortable around our canine companions.Please take some time to get to know us at www.smartclinic.comRole reports to:DirectorRole and responsibilities:- Responding to inbound leads by phone and email, and following up with them periodically- Arranging ‘discovery meetings’ between prospective clients and the company Director, to assess what type of service would be best suited to them, and to try and convert them into clients- Supporting on, and eventually leading on tenders- Involvement in occasional conferences and exhibitions- Upselling services to existing clients (typically contacting pay-as-you-go clients to convert them onto a package)- Monthly reporting statistics on leads and sales- Managing service level agreements with clients- Managing renewalsQualifications, experience and values
