Working hours

Responsibility

  • prepare vehicles to be sprayed, ensuring proper surface preparation for optimal paint adhesion, including, stripping, sanding and masking
  • mix paint accurately to achieve a perfect match, considering colour and texture specifications
  • conduct spray painting of vehicles, utilising appropriate techniques to achieve a flawless finish such as buffing and polishing
  • perform quality checks upon completion of painting process, meticulously inspecting for any defects and rectifying them as necessary

Requirements

  • previous experience as a vehicle Paint Sprayer is required, along with a proven track record of stability in employment
  • A strong commitment to working to a high standard, coupled with a solid understanding of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques, is crucial
  • must have valid and full UK driving license
  • the ideal applicant should demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver a high quality of paint spraying, exhibiting expertise from the initial stages to the final finish. Proficiency in working with water-based paints is essential
  • painting: 3 years
