Responsibility
- smart Service Solutions provide repairs to Domestic Appliances, Audio Visual and Smartphone & Tablets
- answering telephone and emails, dealing with general customer enquiries
- booking in of daily service calls with customers and retailers
- communicating with staff and customers both via telephone and email
- general customer services liaising with all departments
- we are a manufacturer approved repair centre for brands, such as Samsung, Sony, LG & Panasonic and we also provide repair services for retailers such as Argos, Costco, John Lewis and Richer Sounds
- ability to handle customer complaints, both via telephone/email
- covering our reception when situation arises
