  • provide technical support and advice to customers
  • follow up customer inquiries by telephone and make appointments
  • ensure customer data is correct and up to date

Requirements

  • enthusiastic, friendly, customer-focused personality
  • sales oriented mindset, with a proactive nature
  • sales support/administration experience in a technical product environment would be a plus
  • an organized, systematic approach to prioritize and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • B2B sales: 2 years
