  • keep a handle on all invoices/accounts/chasing rents
  • marketing and occasional use of personal social media account
  • provide administrative support
  • dealing with AST Tenancies (Referencing, Managing Applications, Move-Ins & Move-Outs, Pre Tenancy Safety Checks, Cordinating Contractors, Maintenance, Serving Notices, Renewals, Settling Deposits, Routine Visits

Requirements

  • previous Property Management experience with an agency or property management company is essential
  • strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • sales negotionation with a natural charm, to secure a deal
  • solid IT skills
  • ideally ARLA qualified, or willing to work towards this
  • excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount, accompanied by a high level of attention to detail
  • well spoken and well presented
  • A good understanding of the Southampton Area
