  • purchase and manage customer sample requirements, including receiving, reviewing, packing and despatching as required
  • respond to and follow up any customer enquiries
  • complete all customer product information forms and any other information required
  • help to coordinate artwork creation and distribution
  • coordinate technical files and liaise with external testing houses
