- as this is a Database product you should be able to demonstrate an understanding of logical data models

Responsibility
- identifying and managing priorities for both continued development of the existing platform and expansion beyond the current requirements
- ensure the correct level of requirements is documented to ensure quality delivery and support
- ensuring the change management processes is adhered to
- maintain and develop customer relationships and identify opportunities
- identify initial high-level requirements, working with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure that development aligns with application, integration, and data strategies
- work alongside project management team to support successful onboarding of products and services
- full ownership of customer issues & escalations
- responsible for all BAU service activity
