Responsibility

  • working with clients in a customer focused environment
  • working with Clients and Debtors to help bring efficiencies
  • produce and help develop quality Daily and Weekly Client Information
  • produce and help develop quality Daily and Weekly Management Information
  • cash allocations / Reconciliation & maintaining unallocated cash
  • dealing with customer invoice queries & chasing overdue debt
  • any other adhoc duties
  • verifying invoices & resolving queries with clients & debtors

Requirements

  • experience working in a cash collection environment
  • comfortable working with data
  • able to help develop and run complex data models
  • good communicator and able to forge lasting client relationships
  • produce detailed accurate work
  • customer support: 1 year
  • credit control: 1 year
  • ability to multi-task
