- ensuring that all documents are compliant, in line with the lenders requirements, and uploaded to lender portals
- discussing additional services with clients, which also creates an opportunity to earn uncapped commission
- problem solving skills - proactively liaising with BDMs & solicitors to resolve problems in a timely manner
- communicating with clients, lenders, solicitors & advisers. Addressing any queries they have, offering guidance on the mortgage process and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- attend a bi-monthly face to face meeting in the Bath/Bristol area
- previous mortgage administration experience
- strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- excellent phone manner
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- knowledge of mortgage processes and regulations
- experience uploading documentation to lender portals
