Responsibility
- show parents around the company’s facilities and conduct initial assessment on new pupils
- call parents of pupils who have sat assessments offering analysis and feedback of results
- send through full details of assessments and parent’s decision regarding sign up
- meet and greet all existing parents and children at start and end times of sessions
- manage parents’ expectations and point them in the right direction for any assistance they require
- offer support through email and phone to existing customer base
- mark books in accordance with Company marking policy
- be available to respond to Parent and Student queries at the beginning and end of each lesson
Requirements
- A relevant educational qualification, for example QTS, NFCE CACHE, ESOL or TEFL
- excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
- ability to develop positive rapport with students
- enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to apply
- customer service: 1 year
- teaching: 1 year
