SMART 11 PLUS TUITION is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • show parents around the company’s facilities and conduct initial assessment on new pupils
  • call parents of pupils who have sat assessments offering analysis and feedback of results
  • send through full details of assessments and parent’s decision regarding sign up
  • meet and greet all existing parents and children at start and end times of sessions
  • manage parents’ expectations and point them in the right direction for any assistance they require
  • offer support through email and phone to existing customer base
  • mark books in accordance with Company marking policy
  • be available to respond to Parent and Student queries at the beginning and end of each lesson

Requirements

  • A relevant educational qualification, for example QTS, NFCE CACHE, ESOL or TEFL
  • excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
  • ability to develop positive rapport with students
  • enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to apply
  • customer service: 1 year
  • teaching: 1 year
