• general admin
• some secretarial support e.g. dictation
• obtaining pertinent information from new clients to the firm

• reviewing medical records
• liaising with third parites including Doctors, Tribunal service and hospital administrators
• attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• previous experience working in a similar role is preferred but not required
• strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues
