Responsibility
- assist in administering and supporting all company systems, including Syspro ERP and Altido CRM systems
- supporting the IT team in delivering new systems and data integration solutions
- learning and utilising SQL for data management and system support
- supporting system integrations with third-party applications using middleware
- assisting in the development of data warehouses
- supporting in creating and maintaining Power BI reports and datasets
- collaborating with third-party vendors for system management and support
- ensuring data integrity and system security
Requirements
- previous entry level experience in similar role
- basic knowledge of scripting and reporting
- knowledge or certifications in SQL, ERP systems, or Business Intelligence tools
- familiarity with XML and CSV data formats
- proven ability to drive projects to successful completion, consistently meeting deadlines
- demonstrated skill in understanding and resolving business issues, with a clear comprehension of the impacts on business operations
- interest in data warehouse design and development
- excellent facilitation and listening skills, enabling effective collaboration and consensus building
