Responsibility
the measuring, cutting and bending of tubes to specified dimensions and angles using the correct tools and equipment
pressure testing of assemblies using hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
the setting up of testing equipment, including pressure gauges, pumps, hoses, and control systems
conducting pressure tests to established procedures and guidelines to ensure the integrity, safety, and functionality of the product
position: General Operative
manual torch brazing of pipe assemblies and components to approved data cards and procedures, ensuring brazed joints meet quality acceptance standards
handle and transport raw material, components, and assemblies within the manufacturing facility
polishing of assemblies using various polishing tools and equipment to refine the surface of pipes, removing imperfections, scratches, and discoloration to ensure they meet the specified standard
Requirements
strong attention to detail and precision
ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal
understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes is advantageous, although not essential
excellent teamwork and communication skills
previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is also advantageous, although not essential. Full training will be provided
willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
the company manufactures rigid tube assemblies, tubular manifolds, flexi-rigid metallic, fabricated pipe and duct assemblies, conduits, and CNC machined components
