Responsibility
- provide research and technical support to the team to develop suitable client recommendations and process front-end pension and investment business
- contacting prospects or clients to update current information
- produce and process all relevant paperwork, including illustrations, and liaise with providers to ensure clients' needs are met
- produce compliant and accurate client suitability reports from approved templates
- assist in the management of client relationships to support the wider team
- prepare cashflow forecasts using Voyant
- carry out complex tax calculations
- gather necessary information to complete financial analysis for clients
