An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully qualified financial paraplanner to work within a successful, forward-thinking financial planning business with offices in Milton Keynes.The role involves working in a small, close-knit team to ensure the efficient and effective completion of tasks in support of our advisers and their clients. This is a busy, collaborative working environment where team members must be positive and proactive and combine close attention to detail with a flexible approach to dealing with various clients and tasks.The person joining our team will be able to shape their role to their strengths and enjoy autonomy in their tasks.Study support is available for candidates seeking to obtain Chartered or Fellowship status.The person we appoint to this role will possess the following:At least 4 years experience in a financial services paraplanning roleHold the level 4 CII diploma or beyondExcellent communication and numeracy skillsSelf-motivated to manage and organise own work to meet deadlinesWorking knowledge of Office 365Working knowledge of PlatformsKey responsibilities:Provide research and technical support to the team to develop suitable client recommendations and process front-end pension and investment businessProduce and process all relevant paperwork, including illustrations, and liaise with providers to ensure clients' needs are metProduce compliant and accurate client suitability reports from approved templatesAssist in the management of client relationships to support the wider teamPrepare cashflow forecasts using VoyantCarry out complex tax calculations (e.g. IHT, carry forward and tapered annual allowance)Gather necessary information to complete financial analysis for clientsCarry out fund and product research for the advisersDeal with client enquiries within

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully qualified financial paraplanner to work within a successful, forward-thinking financial planning business with offices in Milton Keynes.The successful candidate will have either the level 4 diploma through the CII or equivalent, be hard-working, efficient and familiar with Office 365 and Investment Platforms. They will have an appetite for working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under their own steam as well as in a team.The role involves working in a small, close-knit team to ensure the efficient and effective completion of tasks in support of our advisers and their clients. This is a busy, collaborative working environment where team members need to be positive, proactive and combine high attention to detail, with a flexible approach to dealing with a varied and interesting range of clients and tasks.We will welcome somebody who enjoys working as part of a friendly team and will use their enthusiasm to reinforce what we already do well, and contribute ideas about how we can keep improving our service.Study support will be available for candidates seeking to continue relevant CII qualifications.This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
