- overseeing all operations including to ensure CQC related compliance, clinical standards and smooth operations for appointments, client and clinical team needs through delegation, support and audit
Requirements
- must be available to work full-time and on week days
- minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role required
- be able to operate in a fast-paced environment; be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- be able to quickly assess situations and communicate options to all team members
- must be a proven leader, manager, team member, and professional with strong leadership skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Be able to quickly assess situations and communicate options to all team members
- be a healthcare professional and offer 2 days of clinical assessment in relation to autism diagnostic assessments
