Requirements

- proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
- ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role
- familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing contracts in the construction sector is an advantage
