  • improving existing procedures to ensure efficient processing of Tax Returns
  • dealing with work allocation and prioritisation with Tax preparers to ensure good quality output and timely progress
  • communication with Directors and the Head of Tax
  • promoting and ensuring quality control of outgoing correspondence and tax returns in terms of style, spelling, layout and technical competence
  • acting on priorities and monitoring workload
  • managing the company’s Tax Return filing requirements in conjunction with the Head of Tax to ensure that all relevant deadlines are met
  • responding effectively to incoming post, calls and emails relating to tax clients
