Responsibility

  • lead the design process for assigned projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
  • collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements, and translate them into innovative design concepts
  • manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery
  • coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to integrate various project components and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
  • conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate existing conditions, assess feasibility, and monitor construction progress
  • mentor and guide junior staff members, providing technical expertise and professional development support
  • stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge
