Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- you will undertake general caretaking duties, including locking up, basic repairs, cleaning and maintenance of grounds and buildings
- as a result of team expansion, we are looking for a reliable and trustworthy part-time Caretaker to work from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday, at our offices in NG8, Nottingham
- we offer good terms and conditions of employment with a generous holiday entitlement and a contributory pension scheme
- the role involves a variety of general maintenance activities, helping to maintain a clean, secure and safe working environment for our office-based staff
- you need be practical, with basic IT skills, a good awareness of health and safety and above all, a flexible and helpful attitude
- you will work as a team with the day-time caretaker and cleaner, covering for absences within the team whenever possible. We are a friendly team, who support each other and take pride in what we do
