- manage multiple landscaping contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- coordinate and oversee both soft and hard landscaping projects, including planting, irrigation, paving, decking, and other structural elements
- lead a team of landscape professionals, providing direction, support, and training
- develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- working closely with the commercial team, prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- proven experience as a Operations/Contracts Manager in the landscaping industry, with expertise in both soft and hard landscaping
- strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- in-depth knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, construction techniques, and materials
- excellent leadership and team management abilities
- outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in project management software and tools
- valid driver’s license
