Responsibility
offer support and solutions to customers; order queries, product queries, returns, replacements for damaged items, delivery support and much more
the ability to assess the content of a query and respond to the customers satisfaction in a well-timed and thought-out response
serve as the front line, on-call resource for all clients via phone and email
communicate with couriers/delivery team when delivery issues arise
solving customer requests that require product knowledge, operational expertise, and a natural ability to connect with clients with a personal touch
daily use of Shopify to update order notes, answer live chat queries and communicate internally
monitor responses on relevant on-line forums and rating sites logging any suitable feedback to notice trends
liaise with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to ensure stock and order issues are dealt with promptly and provide clients with swift and suitable resolutions and answers
Requirements
3-5 years in customer service environment, possibly in e-commerce, retail, or interiors
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
proficient user of IT systems, both customer service specific and Microsoft packages
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A true problem solver, passionate to resolve any issue that might arise to keep the client happy
