Responsibility

  • update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM
  • consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • keep our sales team updated and communicate with them regularly to arrange appointments
  • be the initial contact point for inbound leads enquiring about our fitness coaching and then booking them onto calls with our sales team
  • the purpose of this role is to connect with potential prospects for our services, quickly qualify them to see if they are a good fit, and then setting appointments for our sales team

Requirements

  • some sales experience would be great but not a necessity
  • excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking interested prospective fitness clients
  • ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
  • interested in fitness personally with a moderate level of knowledge around fitness and nutrition
  • motivated by commissions and bonuses for meeting targets
  • reliable - as you are our first contact point for prospective clients, being organised and on-time for your work schedule is a priority
