sales consultant

Responsibility
  • the main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, register applicants and conduct property viewings
  • you will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor and conveyancing team
  • you will be responsible for guiding applicants through their property journey, negotiating offers, agree sales & maintaining communications though to exchange and completion, this will involve frequent dialogue and streamlining communication between Vendors/Purchasers and their respective solicitors
Requirements
  • preferably an experienced sales person
  • able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • outstanding customer care / customer service experience
