Responsibility
- the main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, register applicants and conduct property viewings
- you will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor and conveyancing team
- you will be responsible for guiding applicants through their property journey, negotiating offers, agree sales & maintaining communications though to exchange and completion, this will involve frequent dialogue and streamlining communication between Vendors/Purchasers and their respective solicitors
Requirements
- preferably an experienced sales person
- able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- resilient, positive , organised, numerate and detail oriented
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- keen eye for detail, diligent
- IT literate
