  • prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by phone, email, tickets, and live chat
  • help with queries relating to firmware/communication/settings/fault finding/troubleshooting
  • full documentation of call details on the S&P Customer Management system
  • provide recommendations about new features and product improvements
  • ongoing development of product/industry/regulatory knowledge
  • people skills and ability to manage customer expectations
  • ideally you will have previous experience in a customer support, technical support or sales role, but we will consider applications from people who have worked in similar environments
  • follow RMA processes where appropriate
