Requirements
experienced line manager lived experience of the subject matter

Responsibility
proactively Business partner with specific departments and key stakeholders across the business to determine and identify the learning requirements for each area, specifically focusing on leadership and management and behavioural change solutions
design, curate and deliver forward-thinking appropriate behavioural change and leadership interventions and programmes for leaders at all levels and facilitate roll-out to relevant groups
ensure learning is delivered in a consistent, modern, and blended way and collaborate with HRBPs/Heads of Department/external partners to support them to integrate/execute programmes
develop and manage relationships with external suppliers where required ensuring best value for money and high-quality solutions are delivered that align with the Simpson Millar values and behaviours
maximise the use of digital solutions and contemporary L and D approaches in the learning offer, engage colleagues in digital learning solutions and social learning
work with other key stakeholders such as the Head of L and D, HR and the wider People team to design blended learning interventions to support the embedding of behavioural and competency frameworks to support organisational performance
work with SMEs across the business to support the design, delivery and roll-out of a self-directed learning programme to support career development
