Responsibility

  • proactively Business partner with specific departments and key stakeholders across the business to determine and identify the learning requirements for each area, specifically focusing on leadership and management and behavioural change solutions
  • design, curate and deliver forward-thinking appropriate behavioural change and leadership interventions and programmes for leaders at all levels and facilitate roll-out to relevant groups
